Project description

The project consists of the deconstruction and full renovation of the interior of a property located in the heart of the famous city of Saint-Tropez, on the well-known place de la Garonne. We are building a double oriented boutique of approx. 400 sqm which crosses the place de la Garonne and rue Gambetta, with a beautiful residential apartment on the upper floors.

The current building is composed of the former presbytery, one of the Vilebrequin boutiques of Saint Tropez and the restaurant Le Gorille au Soleil, which will now be connected to become one single high end boutique.

This new double oriented boutique will be built on a total of three floors and due to the differences in height between the place de la Garonne and the rue Gambetta, the two ground floors will be superimposed, allowing access to the boutique from both sides.

After the renovation works, the whole building will be connected and operationally merged with wide mezzanines, stairs and a glazed elevator. The floors will benefit from large individual heights and large floor openings allowing natural daylight inside.

The facades will be completely renovated while preserving their historical aspects.
